The journey continues...

Did 5:45am boot camp this morning! I have been feeling a little sluggish lately.  At my work we have an on site Wellness Clinic.  I stopped down today and got a B12 Energy shot!  Lets hope this helps me kick it into high gear.  

We had our second weigh in on Saturday!  It was awesome to see how much I lost and all the others.  Everyone is working hard and showing great numbers.

Second weigh in

Well it is time for our second weigh in since we all started.  I have been sick for over two weeks.  Watching what I eat, counting calories, and taking the steps at work is all I have been able to do.  I will be back at the gym this weekend in full force.

Feeling better

Finally getting over my cold.  Just an ear infection still.  Did good watching what I was eating and counting calories everyday.  I am down a little over 10 pounds now.  It was easier then I thought it would be on giving up the sweets and pop.

Second week not so good....

So I started out the week not feeling so hot. Counted my calories everyday, but thought if I am coming down with a cold it would not be politically correct for me to hit the gym and spread my sickness!  Today I finally broke down and went to the doc, not good news.  I have a ear infection, bronchitis and a sinus infection.

I found even though being sick you can still count calories and drink plenty of water.

Hope to be back at the gym next week!

Feb. 1st

Not feeling too well today, having some bad hip pain.  Went to the doctor (I have lost 4lbs since my Sunday weigh in!) gave me some pain meds and said light work outs are fine but listen to my body.  I am still eating healthy and counting my calories.  I have upped my water intake and feel great! Just the small things!
