Training
On Wednesday I met with C.J. Lockhart of Fitness Revolution in Mentor. He is the Head Trainer of the newly opened facility at Heilsey Point. I am very excited to start this new training program, not only does he give you an awesome workout but you are required to turn in food journals! Since my daughter has started softball it will be a little tough to do the 3 day a week program work out (which this is my goal to accomplish) so for starters I am going to start with 2 day a week program!!
I am in need of a change and I think this is a great place to start!
If anyone is interested 2 week free passes let me know.
