So we had our weigh in this past Saturday. Not what I was expecting with all the time I have put in at the gym and my calorie counting ways. This may be hard to believe, but I was actually starving my body. After talking to Laura and Jaime I need to start eating more calories on the days I work out. We are not talking thousands but just 200 or so more per day when I work out. Next month will be better.
