Monday Boot Camp
So yesterday I went to my first Fitness Revolution boot camp. WOW trainer CJ gave us the work out. It reminded me of a small scale Biggest Loser! We did the ropes, cow bell (25 pounder!) pushed a football sled with 20 lbs, and the list goes on. It was a great work out! It is set up like a circuit, and once you complete the circuit of 13 stations you start all over again. I definitely will be going back.
Tonight I am meeting up with some of the LightenUp crew (or gymrats as we like to be called) for a little P90X-2! I am sore today, tomorrow I may not be able to move. Wish us luck!

On Wednesday I met with C.J. Lockhart of Fitness Revolution in Mentor. He is the Head Trainer of the newly opened facility at Heilsey Point. I am very excited to start this new training program, not only does he give you an awesome workout but you are required to turn in food journals! Since my daughter has started softball it will be a little tough to do the 3 day a week program work out (which this is my goal to accomplish) so for starters I am going to start with 2 day a week program!!
I am in need of a change and I think this is a great place to start!
If anyone is interested 2 week free passes let me know.

So we had our weigh in this past Saturday. Not what I was expecting with all the time I have put in at the gym and my calorie counting ways. This may be hard to believe, but I was actually starving my body. After talking to Laura and Jaime I need to start eating more calories on the days I work out. We are not talking thousands but just 200 or so more per day when I work out. Next month will be better.

Had a great week. Worked out 5 days this week. Tomorrow I plan on boot camp in the am then my Zumba class in the evening. I am really starting to see a difference in the inches being lost. Eating healthy has been easier!

Great start to my week. On Monday's I take a Zumba class at TriPoint Medical center, Tuesday I worked out for a little over an hour at the Y on the Techno Circuit, then Wednesday back at Tripoint Medical center for a 20/20/20 class (20min Cardio/ 20min Strength Training/ 20min of flexibility and core). I plan on going to Slim & Fit for my Saturday morning work out then I also would like to try the Yoga class at Pulse Group Fitness on Sunday morning!!
Has anyone ever heard of TurboSonic? It is Sonic Vibration Therapy. Look it up turbosonicusa.com. My office has two of these machine that I will start to use next week. They say a 10 minute session is equal to a one hour workout!!
