Had an awesome work out so far this weekend. Friday 1.5 hours at the Painesville Y doing cardio, Saturday 1 hour am boot camp at Slim & Fit in Willoughby, and Sunday will be at FitWorks trying another spinning class!!
Being part of this contest we have many classes available to us for free, letting this journey be excuse free. I am very excited to start my classes at the Tri-Point Wellness center. The first one will be Monday nights Zumba class, then Wednesday nights 20/20/20 (20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of toning), and my newest Slim & Fit on Saturdays. These are six week classes that start on March 26th! I will also still be doing my morning boot camp at work!
